Tip of the week: Humidity

Tip for the week...

When you live in a location that has regular humidity well over 70%, don't buy powder laundry detergent from Costco.

Sure, you're saving money buying in bulk, but you have to make damn sure that you do 180 loads of laundry in one week to make it worth your while.

    Just think of all the things you can do with a 6X6X3 block of detergent....

    -Wash your clothes in a swimming pool
    -Slide down a hill on a soapy trail
    -Build a soapgloo
    -Massive paper weight
    -etc.

OK I get it; you’ve been waiting to place your order. I know that I have been helping the cocktail servers, dinner servers and the manager, ignoring you in the process. i know i promises not to blog about the blog anymore but  it  thought that maybee one of you could figure out how to change something for me. i has been pissing me off for some time and i cant find the parameter to change. every time you click on a link it takes to that website and you are no longer in the blog site. is there a way to get it to open a new page when we click on a site.?

I never understood ‘Business Casual’

Let me start out by stating that I hate, hate, hate business and business casual dress. I feel uncomfortable, stuffy and self conscious all day long. There are some people who tend to do well in slacks and a button down shirt. For example, FCJ seems to be very comfortable in the monkey suit that he has to wear to the office and if I remember correctly has been known to wear a similar costume when not in the office. Others like Captn. Punc. have only to don dress pants or slacks (I still don’t know the difference) during special events that require him to do so (i.e. he was told to do so). I believe the last time he had to wear them was during his wedding and I strongly suspect he had on jeans underneath. As for myself, the first thing I do when I get home is go change into something more to my liking, usually used-to-be blue jeans or lounge pants if I am not planning on going out again.
